ASW160101-Automatic spool winding machine is mainly applied in the trimmer line cutting and winding of trimmer head spool production links, can be automatically line feeding, length cutting, winding, discharging process. The machine can automatically complete the whole process of feeding, length cutting, spool winding and finished product discharging by setting parameters of touch screen and PLC system, effectively reducing labor costs and improving production capacity. One person is needed to operate the machine and the production can be achieved by supplying the electricity and compressed air.

1. Human machine interface of touch screen; central control; convenient operation; parameter setting; visual display.
2. According to the setting parameter, the machine can automatically match the operation and count the output under the PLC system.
3. Photoelectric detection system can automatically detect the lacking, spilling and none wire conditions and alarm and stop the production.
